Brand: Theradome

  • RECOMMENDED BY DOCTORS: Theradome is recommended by doctors, Bosley – America’s #1 hair restoration experts, and HairClub – hair restoration clinics for men and women for its safe and effective home use. Proven effective for > 98% of our customers.
  • WE DON'T USE OR RECOMMEND LED'S: Theradome uses cool laser phototherapy to regrow hair with no LEDs for best results. Lasers have high energy density to stimulate hair follicles deep within the scalp that LEDs lack.
  • THE ONLY CORDLESS LASER HELMET: Coming cordless out of the box, there is no need to purchase additional hardware. It has clinical strength results without the ongoing costs
  • FDA CLEARED FOR MEN AND WOMEN: Theradome EVO LH40 is an FDA cleared laser hair growth treatment for both men and women helping to slow or stop hair loss, thicken existing hair follicles, and help regrow new hair.

Details: You've been losing hair for a long time. Up until now, your options have been limited to expensive hair restoration surgery, inconvenient visits to laser hair clinics, costly prescription drugs, messy topical creams, and ineffective LED devices that don't penetrate the scalp with sufficient energy.

The EVO LH40 has managed to cut the costs of clinical strength Laser Phototherapy while maximizing its benefits for FDA - cleared and affordable hair rejuvenation in the comfort of your own home.

Cold laser therapy has had over 50 years to develop into cutting edge technology. Our full coverage helmet makes use of 40 proprietary lasers that are optimized for the purposes of hair growth and can reach all problem areas. Unlike devices manufactured with LEDs, our 678nm laser light penetrates your scalp and can effectively reach the base of hair follicles during a 20-minute treatment window. Stimulation at the cellular level ensures adequate energy is absorbed to regrow, strengthen, and rejuvenate your hair. Hair loss doesn't occur overnight and neither does hair growth.

With only four times a week, 20-minute sessions at home, you can start paving the way to a full head of healthy hair. The EVO LH40 delivers the same wavelength and dosage of energy proven in clinical trials to rejuvenate hair follicles, reduce hair loss and effectively regrow hair. Most of our patients that choose to adhere to our recommended regimen and instructions experience a decrease of shedding, an increase of hair growth, and a doubling of hair diameter, overall giving them thicker, more vibrant hair.

How does the Theradome laser helmet work?

    • The Theradome EVO LH40 contains 40 proprietary lasers. They deliver at 680 nanometers, the optimal wavelength for the deepest penetration of up to 5mm into the hair follicle. It delivers maximum power by increasing its blood flow and allowing the nutrients your hair needs to stop hair loss, thicken existing hair, and promote new hair growth.

How do I use the Theradome?

    • Step 1: Press the master switch to initiate treatment.
    • Step 2: Place the helmet on your head and the treatment will begin automatically.
    • Step 3: The helmet has a built-in speaker that will provide voice command updating you on the status of your treatment.
    • Step 5: After 20 minutes, the Theradome will automatically turn off when the treatment is completed.

You can enjoy light activities during your treatment such as browsing the web, watching TV, or reading a book.

How often do I use the Theradome?

    • 20 minutes a day, 4 times a week.

Will the helmet fit my head?

    • Yes. The Theradome is designed to fit 98% of the population. We provide you with foam pads to ensure a correct fit so you can comfortably complete your treatments.

How long until I see results?

    • Step 1: (4 – 18 weeks) Minimizing hair loss by slowing it down.
    • Step 2: (18 – 26 weeks) Reversing miniaturization by thickening existing hair.
    • Step 3: (26 – 52 weeks) Renewing and growing new hair.

Individual results may vary based on several factors including your current stage of hair loss, current health, possible existence of underlying medical conditions, and your genetics.

When is the best time to use the Theradome?

    • The helmet can be used at any time. Maximize your laser phototherapy treatments by using your Theradome when your hair is damp (not wet) or towel-dried (not blow-dried) right after a shower so you can isolate thinning areas in your scalp by combing and exposing areas that might not be accessible when dry. Exposing those areas of your scalp will provide more light and dosage to those areas. You do not need to wet your hair every time.

Do I need to continue treatment if I achieved my desired results?

    • Once you achieve the desired results, we recommend a maintenance treatment schedule of 4 treatments per week for the Theradome. Laser hair therapy is similar to exercise – you have to integrate it in your lifestyle to continue enjoying the benefits.

Is the Theradome safe for men and women?

    • Yes. The Theradome is FDA cleared for both men and women.

Are there any side effects?

    • No. There are no side effects from using the Theradome. This has been verified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Are the Theradome lasers hot?

    • No. The Theradome has a built-in cooling system so you can maintain comfortable treatments.

Can I use the Theradome in conjunction with other hair loss treatments, like minoxidil or finasteride?

    • Yes. You can use other hair treatments and products in conjunction with your Theradome treatments, such as minoxidil (Rogaine) or finasteride (Propecia).
    • If you are currently using minoxidil or finasteride, please continue using them while you start your laser phototherapy treatments. Be sure not to have any topicals in your hair while undergoing a Theradome treatment. You can add them in afterwards.

Can I use the Theradome if I have had a hair transplant?

    • Yes. It works with pre-op patients and with those who are post-transplant. Transplants cause trauma to nearby hairs. Using the Theradome will alleviate these effects by providing extra energy and minimizing shock loss.

Does the Theradome cause shedding?

    • No. The Theradome has zero side effects and does not cause shedding. Shedding normally occurs twice a year for humans and sometimes massive shedding is a cause of diet, a change in hormones, or an underlying medical condition. If you are using minoxidil, that may be a reason for your shedding as that is one of their side effects.

How do I know when to charge my Theradome?

    • You can fully charge the device and then use it without charging it until it runs out of battery or you can put the helmet back on the charger after every treatment. The Theradome EVO LH40 lasts 6-12 treatments per charge.

How long does it take to charge the Theradome?

    • The Theradome will be fully charged in 3 hours or less.

How do I know what treatment number I’m on?

    • The Theradome has a built-in speaker that tells you what treatment number you are on. While the laser helmet is charging, press the power button to obtain information regarding the total number of treatments you have completed.

Can I share the Theradome with my family or friends?

    • Yes. The Theradome can be shared with your family and friends, however, the helmet’s counter will only track the total number of treatments – it cannot differentiate between users.

Can I travel with the Theradome on an airplane?

  • Yes. We have a lot of users who travel with their helmets in their luggage, carry on, and checked-in baggage with no issues. Some have even put their helmets under the seats on the airplane. You may want to double check with your airline carrier just to be sure. You may take the IFU (instructions for use) with you which shows what the device is used for. We recommend using the white protective bag that came with your Theradome.
