Due to hygiene reasons and our related company policies, products sold usually cannot be exchanged, returned for any reason. However, returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.
In some cases, instead of returning items, you may contact us for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to sales@redmoonbazaar.com. After that, there could be a chance that either you might keep the item or you might want to donate it. Condition offer of store credits could be applied in certain cases. such as delay or missing parcel.
